Systems Control manages and maintains the Employee, Job, Compensation and Position data for Faculty, Appointed Personnel, Staff and Student employees within the UAccess-Employee Human Resources System. The unit's core functions include:
- Collaborating with College/VP and Department Representatives, Payroll Operations and Human Resources to ensure timely and accurate paychecks.
- Maintaining standardized practices and ensuring internal controls for data collection.
- Designing and facilitating UAccess Employee system and transaction training.
- Enhancing the quality of the information collected and promoting positive user experience with the Human Resources System.
